Consultation With Our Team
Choose Your Floor Plan
When building a new home, you can bring your own floor plan, choose from one of ours, or we can work together to design a one-of-a-kind floor plan for you. Based on the selected floor plan, the elevation, and amenities, we will give you an initial estimate. Lot restrictions, as well as area and community regulations, may impact the overall cost. Adjustments are made as needed to accommodate both your needs and budget.

Sign the Contract
Next, we’ll provide a cost sheet for you to review. After the cost sheet achieves your approval, the contract is signed, and we move forward with the most exciting part of the process: Building your new home.
Construction & Beyond
During construction, we are in constant contact to keep you up to date on how the project is going. When our work is complete, and your new home is ready for you to move in, our work together doesn’t stop as we’re proud to provide home warranty service through StrucSure Home Warranty.
